At AES, we follow the Learning Pyramid approach, which highlights that passive learning methods, such as lectures and reading, result in only 5-30% knowledge retention. Traditional teaching techniques alone do not ensure deep learning and long-term understanding. To maximize knowledge retention, AES integrates active learning strategies, ensuring that students not only understand concepts but also retain and apply them effectively.

English Communication Skills – Empowering Voices

At AES, we prioritize English communication skills, particularly for students from rural backgrounds, ensuring they excel in academics and beyond. We implement ELGA (English Language & General Awareness), a specialized program from LEAD Schools, which integrates language learning into the core curriculum

With a structured, phonics-based approach, students develop reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills effectively. This curriculum boosts confidence, helping students communicate fluently and preparing them for a bright future in a globalized world.

ELGA was developed by Dr. Sunita Gandhi, an educationist and researcher, to revolutionize English learning for non-native speakers. This approach has been successfully implemented in India, Finland, and the UK, helping thousands of students build strong linguistic foundations.
